The Christmas season has always been full of miracles, and this year is no different. The astounding birth of Jesus Christ started them all, and has made other Christmas achievements throughout history that much more spectacular, or even miraculous. Whether it was the Christmas Truce of 1914 during World War I or Apollo 8 orbiting the moon on Christmas Eve, Americans have and can accomplish great things.
‘Tis the season to open our hearts and souls in recognition of the guiding hand that makes all things possible. Three Wise Men followed the Star of Bethlehem to find the Greatest Miracle of all. This week that very same Star, not seen in 800 years, glimmered above us as it did on that magical night. Let this sign infuse joy into your hearts and souls, inspire and guide you, and may you and your loved ones feel the warm embrace of the freedom and love that surrounds us all.
