  • Paying all recording costs.
  • Sending the lien release via certified mail to the property owner.
  • Ensuring your lien release is recorded in the correct county and follows the procedures required by that county for lien recording.
  • Same-day processing of your lien release when we receive the original signed copy in our office.
  • Ensuring the recorded lien release is returned to you for your records.
  • You will receive notice of the progress of your order, and of completion, and the documents will be accessible by you in your secure portal.

Florida Statutes require a Notice of Non-Payment to be used under certain circumstances to make a claim against a Bond. But in some circumstances, a Lien may also be appropriate to use. And still, in some circumstances, a Lien may be the only appropriate action.
